Overview
Not a boilerplate to copy snippets from — the entire starting point. Clone it, run bun run init, and you have a project with conventions, a quality gate and documentation already in place.
The interesting part is not the stack. It is that the conventions are enforced rather than described: whatever CI can check becomes a lint rule, a GritQL plugin or a step in the gate, and only what cannot be automated stays as prose. AI agents read AGENTS.md first, then a per-domain skill in .claude/ carrying the pattern and its known traps.
Presets
Pick one at init; none of them is a dead end.
- solo — server, web. A single product with auth inside the app.
- platform — adds auth and backoffice. Several frontends sharing one session.
- full — adds mobile and landing. The complete product.

Optional capabilities
What not every project needs is not installed by default. Each capability is a recipe an agent applies on its own — payments, vector search, geolocation, video transcoding, landing pages, or the mobile app.
